We have a free pick-up collection/delivery service for people purchasing bikes & also people who need repairs done within a 10mile radius We collect & deliver back to the customer with no extra charge. When customers purchase a bike from us, included is a water bottle & free service included in the. If a customer may come in looking for a specific bike/clothing item/accessory and find it is not in stock we offer to order it in next day delivery with no money up front.
Border City Cycles offers a unique service with short turnaround time on repairs. With a City and Guilds qualification for maintenance and repair you can be guarnteed any repairs will be completed professionally in our well equipped workshop.
